I used heavy (thick) gauge copper wire, that is square, instead of round to make this fabulous choker collar. The copper has been work hardened over a necklace mandrel with a non marring hammer to retain its beautiful gleam.

This necklace has been hand finished so the ends are smoothly rounded. Like all of my jewelry pieces, it is stamped with my maker's mark.

I have applied a jeweler's wax to it to retard oxidation, but eventually it will turn color. If you don't like that, you can easily remove the tarnish with a metal polish.
